Bills - Invoice Maker for Windows — Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Bills - Invoice Maker for Windows is provided by Hurryapp Ltd. For privacy questions or support, contact support@hurryapp.uk.

Data you enter

Bills lets you enter company details, customer names, contact details, addresses, invoice lines, tax information, notes, payment details and images such as company logos. These records are stored in a local SQLite database on your Windows PC. You choose what to include and should only enter information you are entitled to use.

Data sent to the developer

The Windows app does not automatically upload your invoice records to Hurryapp Ltd. It does not include developer-operated analytics, advertising or an automatic cloud synchronisation service. A Bills account is not required for the core invoicing features. The Microsoft Store and Windows may process installation, purchase, update, backup or diagnostic information under Microsoft's own privacy terms and your Windows settings.

Sharing, exports and other applications

When you save, print, email or share an invoice or report, Bills provides the selected document to the location, printer, application or recipient you choose. Those services handle the document under their own terms. Opening a web link, a map or a support email uses your browser, map application or email application. If you contact support, Hurryapp Ltd receives the message and any information or attachments you choose to send so it can respond to your request.

Backups and transfer between devices

You can export your records to a JSON file and import a Bills export from another device. JSON files and exported PDFs may contain personal, financial and payment information. Exports are not encrypted by Bills; store them safely and share them only with intended recipients. Windows does not automatically synchronise Bills records with iCloud. Device backup, folder synchronisation and other software may copy files according to your settings.

Your control over the records

You can edit and delete records in the app and export a copy. Demo mode uses a separate local sample database. Uninstalling or resetting the app, deleting its data folder, and deleting exports are separate actions; copies in backups, shared folders, email or on other devices may remain. Bills does not operate a remote archive of your local records that Hurryapp Ltd can access or delete for you.

Changes

Changes to this policy will be reflected in the policy supplied with the Microsoft Store listing. Contact support@hurryapp.uk if you have questions about this policy or information you have sent to support.
